The staff IS genuinely very nice. They deserve encouragement because I can see their efforts. Hajar at the reception is nice and helpful. I appreciated the location near the Medina and other attractions. Lots of different choices for breakfast were available, and the staff gave advice about local amenities.

The hotel's location is near the bus station. It is also near the sea and the Medina. There are plenty of food choices in the area. Markets ARE within easy walking distance to find anything you may want.

The reception staff IS helpful (they went out of their way). I appreciate their attentiveness to my requests. The staff gave lots of advice about local amenities. The front desk IS amazing with GREAT customer service.

The rooms ARE spacious and clean, and they smell good (WOW!). The beds WERE comfortable, and the room equipment was fully functional. The rooms are very clean, with much attention to detail for the guests.

the location is very convenient. i could easily walk to nearby attractions. breakfast had several options to choose from. the staff were very attentive, especially in the breakfast area.
the room had a slight smell of humidity. housekeeping seemed to enter my room, sometimes resetting the door. this blocked my key card access daily, and i had to go back to reception. i was not given a receipt when i paid in cash.

i stayed there a few nights. the reception staff, ismael and hamza, gave me a nice room. the breakfast staff took great care of us. the food options were very good.
the tv signal was not consistent, so i could not always watch international news.
