The hotel has a splendid location right in the center of downtown, which is a huge plus for exploring the city. While my room was comfortable, the walls were quite thin, making it hard to enjoy peace and quiet. The dining options fell short, especially breakfast, which was very basic. The major downside, however, was the service at the front desk, which was quite unhelpful during a critical situation.
